Clinical depression incarnate, Black Dog is a parasitic monster who is only as large and powerful as its host’s misery. Normally, all it will do is follow its host around, using its power over their mind to poke the fire and make itself bigger, but for the sake of rumbling it will throw in its physical powerless as well. The Dog is equipped with sharp talons to latch on, a noose-like tongue, and a mouth full of rows of small, round teeth to wear away at its victim. Under his fluff, the Black Dog is surprisingly small but very, very heavy. Though slow, depending on how big it is an opponent will have more and more trouble escaping. Being in the vicinity of it is like being near a black hole that really bums you out, aching and drowsiness and loss of interest are common symptoms. Being anywhere near it lets it into your head.

Person thrown in for size comparison of a pressing but manageable size. Depending on how much the host is disturbed from it, it can be anywhere from as big as a house to as small as a Pomeranian.
